To this end, Sacerdos Institute:
- Promotes the interchange of priestly experiences and pastoral practices in order to attain together greater holiness and ministerial efficacy.
- Organizes courses and conventions for philosiphical, theological and pastoral updating.
- Adapts the programs and apostolic methodology of Regnum Christi´s Mission Network in order to collaborate with diocesan pastoral programs.
- Maintains a team of preachers of spiritual exercises and retreats for priests and seminarians, and organizes such retreats on a regional and international basis.
- Runs initiatives to help capacitate diocesan clergy to meet local pastoral needs.
- Offers local opportunities for regular priestly fraternity and a sacramental availability.
